This custom-designed residence takes its inspiration from the Colonial plantation homes of old. With its window shutters, extensive decking, plantation fans, raking ceilings and rich dark timbers contrasting with a light colour palette, it captures the laidback coastal style we associate with luxury retreats in Hawaii and the Caribbean. The floor plan for this large split-level family residence includes a formal sitting room, den, guest suite, a sweeping front veranda, and a children’s zone with a study area and kitchenette. The additional garage with adjoining powder room could be converted into an independent annexe for multi-generational living down the track.
