Multi-generational living was part of the brief for this substantial family home, being built in Nedlands. Arranged over three floors, the split-level design not only works in harmony with the steeply sloping site, but it also readily lends itself to the Urban Prairie style. The cantilevered roof section, simplistic tiled roof and strong horizontal elements of this five-bedroom, four-bathroom home are the perfect complement to the leafy streetscape and parkland views. The floor plan includes a deluxe suite with its own bedroom, bathroom and retreat area for guests or grandparents.
