A home at one with nature

With this design, our clients requested a home that was completely at one with nature. When it came to specifics, they asked for north-facing windows, a jungle room, an atrium, a pool with a cabana, a four-car garage and a study.
A Hamptons home for life
As they looked towards retirement, our clients entrusted Oswald Homes to build their dream home on a 711 sqm northeast-facing block in the Western Suburbs of Perth.
When the clients sat down with our designer to discuss their future residence, they emphasised their love of Hamptons style, hoping to build a home that incorporated a coastal feel with a touch of Australiana.
Space and style in this Hamptons sanctuary
After sitting with the clients and spending time understanding their requirements and preferences, our talented designer produced a sketch of a three-storey masterpiece, complete with a basement and rooftop terrace. The resulting home design is a comfortably luxurious family residence, in which every aspect has been carefully thought about. As requested, the front elevation hints at Hamptons style with a contemporary twist.
