DESIGNING VILLA ROSA
The Villa Rosa journey begins with an understanding of what truly motivates Rosalina, allowing Senior Designer Michal to develop a brief that closely aligns with her vision of the end result.

This process led Rosalina and Michal to develop the concept of a single-storey, multi-generational home that’s quietly conservative, yet incredibly tailored to Rosalina and her family’s needs.

CRAFTING VILLA ROSA
As Villa Rosa comes to life, Senior Construction Manager Tony shares his appreciation of Oswald Homes’ long-term trade base, with their meticulous attention to detail.
Thanks to the dedication of Oswald Homes’ experienced team, Villa Rosa is taking shape beautifully.
“Most of the guys working with us have been with us for at least 10 to 15 years,” Tony shares. “These guys have the knowledge of what’s needed and what’s expected, so we can rely on them to make the job easier.”
BUILDING VILLA ROSA
Project Manager Allie has been by her client’s side throughout the design and construction of Villa Rosa. If Rosalina questions herself or second-guesses the products she’s selected, Allie is there to gently guide and advise.
“I help clients visualise the project as a whole,” Allie says. “I was a teacher for 10 years, and it’s in my DNA to impart my knowledge and passion to help people realise their dream.”
“Allie has offered a lot of valuable advice,” Rosalina adds. “I do get worried, but she’s been very patient. I feel convinced I’m with the right builder and this journey will end well.”
